sir recently my department as per roaster in place of st women st men got promotion as he is in last position in seniority whether 8t is possible to give like promotion and which go support to this. plz clarity as i am first in seniority to get promotion

మీరు వెంటనే మీ డిపార్ట్మెంట్లో DPC (Departmental Promotion Committee) ప్రొసీడింగ్స్ లేదా మినిట్స్ కాపీని ఆర్టీఐ (RTI) ద్వారా లేదా నేరుగా ఆఫీస్ ద్వారా తీసుకోండి.
అందులో ఆ ఎస్టీ మహిళా పాయింట్ను పురుషుడికి మార్చడానికి (Interchangeability / Diversion) గల కారణాలను అధికారులు ఖచ్చితంగా రికార్డ్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఒకవేళ రూల్స్ అతిక్రమించి మీ సీనియారిటీని తొక్కేసి ఉంటే, మీరు ఆ ప్రొసీడింగ్స్ ఆధారంగా మీ పై అధికారులకు (Appellate Authority) లేదా తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టులో అప్పీల్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.
