the previous DDO didn't sanction 18 years increment to one of the staff which was due in 2023 recently i have joined and got it sanctioned,in between the person got two AGI based on previous basic how should i proceed with the salary and pay of that particular employee as in ifmis it is not taking the increment amount due to AGI

On completion of 12 years service in a post i.e.: 12 increments
=SPP-IA/SAPP-IA
On completion of 18 years of service in a post=SPP-IB/SAPP-IB ie: samescale of 12 years, but to add (1) increment as per FR22(a)(i)
On completion of 24 years of service in a post SPP-II/SAPP-II
The benefit of Automatic Advancement Scheme shall be continued up to and inclusive of Grade-XXV in the revised scales i.e., Rs.72850-147310.
