i was appointed as junior assistant on 07.10.2019 on compassionate grounds i declared regularisation and probation in the junior assistant and i was promoted to the post of Senior assistant on 20.12.2023 regularisation and probation completed.

Now in my case how GO MS NO 237 is applicable although i was promoted and in the said Go it is mentioned that those who are holding the post of Junior assistant have to be pass proficiency test in their probation period

further it is given ammendment to rule 6 Sub rule 9 in the said said rule it is clear that those who are appointed through APPSC/DSC then compassionate appointed employees have to qualify the proficiency test

whose service conditions are governed by the Telangana Ministerial Service Rules,

1998, who recruited after 12.05.2014,shall pass the departmental

test “Proficiency in Office Automation with usage of Computers and

Associated Software”, if the employee is recruited for the posts

without passing of the test, during his/her probation period

Compassionate appointments will be as per reservation roster at the appointing authourity, who is competent and it will be put in Q line. No need to go for DSC. In terms of GO Ms. No:196 GAD(ser.D) dept dated:

28-05-2016. As per rule (4) 30% vacancies will be filled under DR for compassionate appointments upto category of Jr Asst or Typist accorddng to eligibility 4rm: krishna
