139 days suspension tarvata duty ki join aina. Same year increment due undi.

Increment stop avtunda? Suspension period service ki count avtunda? Court lo case pending undi.

Clarification kavali please.

Suspension period is settled or not. It means on duty or eligilbe leave. I f not settled next increment from date of joining after suspension and on 12 months service completion. rule FR 24, 26 4rm: krishna
